Return and Exchange Policy

📦 How to Return an Item?

If you wish to return an item, please inform us within 2 days of delivery through any of the following methods:

⚠️ We respond during working hours only: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


⏳ Return Window

Our return policy is valid for 2 days from the date of delivery.
If 2 days have passed, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.


✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging

📌 Important Notes:

  • Slight color variation (up to 10%) due to screen differences is not considered a defect
  • Products that are used, worn, or altered will not be accepted

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

  • A return shipping fee of ₹90 (inclusive of GST) per product will be deducted
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

🔄 Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. We will arrange a reverse pickup
  2. After receiving the product, it will undergo a quality check (QC)
  3. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed

⏱️ The complete process may take 7–15 working days


📍 If Reverse Pickup Is Not Available

  • You will need to self-ship the product within 2 days of approval
  • Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage

❌ Sale Items Policy

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange

🔄 Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange if:

  • You received a size issue / fit issue
  • You received a damaged or wrong product

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging

💸 Exchange Charges

  • A ₹150 exchange fee will be applicable per product (if you want to keep this)
  • If the exchange is due to a damaged or wrong product, no charges will be applied

🔄 Exchange Process

  1. Raise exchange request within 2 days
  2. We will arrange a reverse pickup
  3. Product will go through quality check (QC)
  4. After approval, the new product will be shipped

⏱️ Exchange process may take 7–15 working days


💰 Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders (Card / UPI / Net Banking):
    Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • COD Orders:
    Refund will be issued as store credit, valid for 180 days

📌 Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is received in a damaged condition
